Your autoresponder will not work unless you create and save at least one follow-up message. If you are not sure how to do that, please read our instructions. If you have saved your messages, but none of them has "0" time interval, then your autoresponder will not send instant responses, only follow-ups.

Please make sure that the "From Field" in your >> Campaign Settings >> Messages >> contains your valid e-mail address (i.e. joe5902@aol.com).
