Nearly all email browsers recognize HTML messages, however, the
user may disable HTML in order to protect themselves from  viruses,
bugs and spyware.

To make sure that your messages will get thru to these subscribers,
we offer the functionality called Dual Format for your messages. If you
choose it, you will need to create the message in both HTML and
and plain text format.

Those who will be able to read HTML will get the HTML version,
and those who are not able to read it, or do not wish to receive any
HTML, will get the plain text version.
