You can remove an entry from the blacklist if you go to Subscribers >>
Deleted Subscribers >> Blacklist.
In order to do that check an entry on the blacklist and choose the
appropriate action from the pulldown menu just below the list:
* Remove from blacklist in this campaign only
* Remove from blacklist in all my campaigns
