To determine what may be causing the problem, we need to investigate
the delivery logs. Please contact Support with the following information:

1) To which campaign you were trying to subscribe
2) Which email address was used
3) Did you use the test feature, or subscribed to the campaign
via email/web/add subscriber
4) If you subscribed thru the form of your website - what is the
URL of the website with the form.

Providing the above information will speed up the process of
