You may send a broadcast from a draft you have
saved eariler. It is enough that you click on the
subject of the saved draft (or click on the edit
button next to subject) and you will be able to
edit message's content and proceed with sending.
In order to send the broadcast, open saved draft,
click 'next step' and choose the subscribers, click
'next step' again and decide if the broacast should
be sent immediately or you would like to have it
scheduled for a certain date. The last step is to click
'Publish' broadcast.
