| My subscribers did not get my messages. What can be causing this? |

Sometimes the message cannot be delivered to the recipient.
There
may be different reasons for this, such as the lack of
response from
the recipient's server or because the mailbox
of the recipient is full.
In such cases, we will try to deliver
your message several more times.
If all our attempts fail, the email address that couldn't
receive the message,
will be listed on the "Undelivered"
list, and automatically removed from
your mailing list to prevent
your mailing list from becoming cluttered with
bad emails.
