Some of our competitors are claiming that their deliverability
exceeds 99.34% etc, but I would suggest you perform your
own tests, instead of just believing their word. The truth is that
there can be a different email deliverability for every mailing that
you send out, as more and more ESPs are introducing various
antispam protection, that may affect legitimate mailings as well.
The deliverability depends on many factors, and I would not
dare to quote any figure here, as it also depends on the content
of the messages you are sending out from your account.
