Please take a second to check the spam folder as the messages might have landed there, if contained too many "spammy" features (multiple links, images etc.)
If this is the case here are some tips that you may find useful:
1. Change your message's Subject and Body to appear less "spammy" to mail services.
2. Use GetResponse's "spam-check" feature when editing your messages. It will show you the issues that the spam filters may have with your messages and gives you an opportunity to fix them.
3. Use Plain Text messages instead of HTML-enhanced messages. The majority of spam uses the latter, hence HTML-enhanced email may be penalized by spam filters.
4. Avoid placing multiple links to your webpage within your email body. The more links you insert, the higher the possibility your mail will trigger the spam filters. Always have a good balance of content and links.
If this is not the case, please contact Support, providing following information:
1) To which campaign you were trying to subscribe
2) Which email address was used
3) Did you use the test feature, or subscribed to the campaign
via email/web/add subscriber
4) If you subscribed thru the form of your website - what is the
URL of the website with the form.
