After a broadcast message is saved, it is put in a queue. It usually
takes only a few minutes before it is sent out, but at times of increased
traffic it may take a little longer. Also, when there is a large number of
subscribers in the account, the messages go out in batches so you may
see warning "Delivery in progress". This is made to ensure the best
deliverability rate.
