Broadcast is a one time message, which does not interfere with your follow up cycle. In other words, you can send a broadcast to the subscribers who are receiving follow ups and this will be an extra message that they get. It is great for announcements, special offers and greetings. You can set it up from Campaigns >> Send Broadcast.
