You can preload messages from someone else's account.
Please go to Campaigns >> Preload and type in the name
of campaign you would like to preload from in the following
format: campaign_name@getresponse.com and click on "log in".
Then you will see the messages saved in this campaign, and
be able to choose the messages you wish to copy to your account.
