Communication with ISPs and ESPs
GetResponse has established relations with all the major ISPs and Email Service Providers to ensure undisrupted email deliverability for our customers.
We monitor our email delivery systems 24/7 and should a deliverability issue occur we instantly create an internal ticket and our ISP relations manager gets in touch with the affected provider by emails and phone calls.
Anti-spam measures
GetResponse takes pride in adopting a strict anti-spam stance and promoting responsible, permission-based email marketing only.
We have established feedback loops with major ISPs and we automatically receive complaints whenever their users click on "This is spam" button on emails received from our customers.
This enables us to maintain control over the quality of mailings coming from GetResponse and to terminate service to spammers, so that our legitimate customers don't get penalized with poor delivery rates.
GetResponse participates in a number of industry initiatives, such as the Messaging Anti-Abuse Working Group, the Email Service Provider Coalition (ESPC), Surety Mail, Email Experience Council, TRUSTe and Online Trust Alliance which promote responsible, permission-based email marketing.
