Hi, I wanted to use a subdomain on my website as my personalization domain. However, neither my web hosting company nor my registrar had any clue that this was possible. So I went the other route and bought a new domain just for personalization.

If I go to this new domain, which is myDomainMail.com, in my web browser, it points to getresponse.com. I really don't think that's the way it should happen. I'd rather see any miscellaneous traffic for a domain that I own get sent to my domain. Does that make sense?

Thanks,
mike

Hello Mike,

I have checked and the domain name of
REHABTHEPLANETMAIL.COM has been
assigned to your campaign in the past,
but is not assigned there now.

Please log into your account and go to
Campaign Settings>>Personalization, it
is #1; and reassign the domain name.

Your name servers will have to be pointing
to GetResponse.com.

Best Regards,
