I must say, I am a bit disapointed.
GR has always been outstanding with support and help.
Now we are waiting without any update on what is going on
with our Broadcasts.
How can we market if the Broadcasts are not going out and
we even don't get an answer what is going on?
Any news on this topic would be more than welcome
Thanks |

Hello D.C.,
I apologize for the delay in response time. It was
caused by increased number of inquires reaching all
support channels. We do our best to reply them all
in the timely manner.
Our database experienced unnaturally high load which
caused the delay along with possible peak times in
recipients ISPs. Please stay assured that we do our
best to have this situation resolved and we send out
higher batches of messages to lower the qeue.
We have also added the warning in the broadcast's
section when sending the broadcast that there is a
delay that will last 24 hours.
I apologize for any inconveniences this might be
causing you.
Best regards,

Almost exact same reply you sent me in response to my question along the same lines. Tell me, have you sorted this out yet??
What's the current status?
Ed.

Hello Ed,
The replies were the same as that was the same
situation that caused the delays. Yes, our
technicians have already prepared the new
solutions for makeing sure that the messages
are not delayed and that such situation should
not repeat in future. The tests are in progress
and next week this ssolution should be applied.
Once again, I apologize for any inconveniences
that situation might have caused you.
Best regards,
