When does the cycle starts

Hello,

I have set the first message of my campaign at interval ZERO so it will be send out immediately.

I have copied subscribers from another campaign to this campaign. And I have been waiting for the first message however it never arrived.

I'll appreciate if you can tell me when the first message will be sent out.

Your instant message is sent instantly, upon sub-
scription to your campaign, once a subscriber has
confirmed their subscription.

To determine what may be causing the problem,
we need to investigate the delivery logs. Please
send me the following information:

1) To which campaign you were trying to subscribe
2) Which email address was used
3) Did you use the test feature, or subscribed to
the campaign via email/web/add subscriber
4) If you subscribed through the form on your web-
site - what is the URL of the website with the form.

Providing the above information will speed up the
process of resolving the issue. Please forward
