What does this statement mean? Is there a feature or option I need to turn on somewhere in my settings for my autoresponder in order to save messages. So far I dont have any Active Subscribers to my campaign and I'm wondering if it's my fault or people just haven't subcribed to my email list yet. Is this a correct assumption?

Could you please elaborate on the Note below and explain what it's referring to and where I can find information on your site regarding it. I found it under the My Subscribers heading part of the control panel.

NOTE: If you have saved 'instant delivery' message only, or you haven't saved any messages at all, there will be no Active Subscribers in your Campaign.

I am confused about how this autoresponder works. If I have received messages then do I have to save them in order to have Active Subscribers? This is very vague as to why it's posted here in this part of the site. What is it referencing? Another part of the site that's mentioned somewhere in the training. Where do I save messages and where do I find the messages I'm supposed to be saving in order to have Active Subscribers. I know about the part where it explains how to find All subscribers and Active subscribers but the note below is unclear as to why it's there. Once I have received actual emails or responses through my website will this all become clear? The likely reason I dont have any subscribers is that nobody has signed up for my campaign? Please confirm my conclusions.

Hello Todd,

“Active Subscribers” are the ones who are receiving
your follow-up messages. “Inactive Subscribers” are
those who have already finished your follow-up cycle.

Currently, there are no subscribers in your campaign.

Your campaign is configured correctly and all messages
and links are set up fine. You can test your account
performance by subscribing via e.g. Add Subscriber
feature located in the panel. Once you enter your email
address, you will receive a message to confirm. Once
you confirm, you will start receiving your follow up
messages and your email address will be listed as "active"
on your mailing list.

There are several ways in which subscribers can be added
to your account. They may fill out an HTML form you set
up on your website with their name and email address, or
they may send you an email at yourcampaign@getresponse.com.

If you already have a list of customers who agree to receive
the information from you, you may use the feature "Add
Subscriber" or "Import Subscribers" (if there are may of them).

Please also consider our Power Leads program at
www.getsubscribers.com.

Best Regards,

GetResponse Customer Support Team
