Hello,

The error you received indicates that the webform
html code has been altered by some source, perhaps
inadvertently by a change to your website, etc.

Please recreate the html code at Subscribers>>Build
Subscribers List>>Capture Subscribers and replace
the code on your website. Please remember that the
code must be copied and pasted exactly as it is created
and in it's entirety, for it to function properly.

Best Regards,

Hi,

I seem to be having a similar problem, I select & copy the html code,
but when I add it to my site it causes odd symbols and letters to appear, these were not there before.

I am using the free version of get response and website tonight on godaddy.com.

Hello Gordon,

There must be a problem with your website that is
somehow scrambling your html code. Please check
with your site administrator.

All that I can suggest is to recreate the html code at
Subscribers>>Build Subscribers List>>Capture Sub-
scribers and replace the code on your website. Please
remember that the code must be copied and pasted
exactly as it is created and in it's entirety, for it to
function properly.

Best Regards,
