Hi,
I had been receiving the below email many times and my website is not appearing instead getresponse website appears all the time .
I had reassigned the domain name many times but still the problem persists .
kindly advise asap
below email as following ......

Our system has repeatedly checked your
domain name furqanlogistics.com
and found that it does not resolve
correctly to our IP address
As we are potentially liable if the
removal requests cannot be processed due to your domain name not working, we
had to remove this domain name from your 'alfurqanshippingandfreight' GetResponse account.
You may however fix this problem and re-add the domain name to your
GetResponse account by logging in to your account, going to Account /
Settings and choosing "Assign a domain name".

Hello Arshad Azhar,
I have checked and show that the custom domain
name of "furqanlogistics.com," has been assigned
to your account, "alfurqanshippingandfreight."
To see this please log into your account and go to
Campaign Settings>>Personalization>>#1.

Hi ,
i am typing furqanlogistics.com and getresponse page appears , i cant understand since i have already done the changes asked by the system but still the problem is persisting .
pls advise solution fast

Hello Arshad,
Assigning a domain name to your autoresponders means
GetResponse will automatically change all instances of
getresponse.com to yourdomain.com!
This includes your tracking links, open-rate URLs and your
removal footers!
It will not replace your campaigns name, ie. you must still
use "yourcampaignname@getresponse.com" to activate
your autoresponder.

hi ,
pls understand my question , I am typing www.furqanlogistics .com and getresponse .com site is appearing .
I have changed whatever was asked but the original site has disappeared and is not showing .
kindly get the original site back .

Hello Arshad,
Once your redirect your domain name, it will not be available
for services other than GetResponse (i.e. websites or regular
email will no longer work).
The reason is that the assigned domain points at our servers
and therefore, it cannot point at two sites simultaneously.
However, it is reversible - if you decide to remove it from
your GetResponse account, you can use it for other purposes.
Therefore, we recommend registering a new domain but with
a slightly different domain extensions like .net instead of .com
or. org. This way the domain will function with your GetResponse
account and the other one, very similar, will serve you as your
website.
