Want to remove duplicate subscribers, without removing both.

Hi,

Sometimes people end up subscribing twice...usually when they become customers and they couldn't process their order properly or something.

I'd like to be able to delete just ONE of those duplicates, so that the other ONE remains.

I tried the "Remove Duplicate Email Addresses" option, but it doesn't appear that it worked. (Incidentally, what does "Remove Duplicate Email Addresses do? And how does it work?)

Anyway, I Can't delete the duplicate address myself (manually) cuz it deletes ALL duplicates, and doesn't just remove ONE of them.

In short...can anyone help me? All I wanna do is delete ONE of the duplicate email addresses so that the other one remains.

Hello Alexandra,

The duplicate entries can be safely removed only
if you are on Active Subscribers list.

Please go to Subscribers >> My subscribers >>
Active subscribers and choose 'all time' and
click Search. From the displayed results you
may remove those that repeat.
