Is there a way we can take the demographic info from the GEO Map and include them as personalizations to our messages?

If you wish to capture subscribers on your website, you need
to add the HTML form to it. You can generate it under Subscribers
>> Build Subscribers List >> Capture Subscribers. For every campaign and newsletter, you can have up to 12 different custom fields. Two of them are obligatory (name and email), the rest you can set up according to your needs.
