When I log into my account, it still has me at the FREE level. I did receive the confirmation email saying that I am now upgraded. Now I'm trying to do other things with my account such as collect my bonuses, etc and it says that they are only available to PRO members and takes me to the page to upgrade. Also I went to try to get help for this matter but they came back with a page that says I don't have access to support as a free member. Evil or Very Mad I don't know what to do next.

account was successful, you just hadn't collected
your purchase.

Your account has now been successfully upgraded
and your confirmation email has been sent to you
at your email address at @hawaii.rr.com.
