unsubscribe does not work

Hi,
when a user clicks on the 'To stop further mailings or to change your details visit:
http://getresponse.com/r/167P/,/i8iV3a2rA'
link, and then on the "Unsubscribe" button, he/she is redirected to my customized url. However, when I check for the users who have unsubscribed
(http://www.getresponse.com/ModRemovals/Removals/)
I don't see that the user is unsubscribed.

Aslo, when you click on the email link again ('To stop further mailings or to change your details visit:
http://getresponse.com/r/167P/,/i8iV3a2rA'), the user is still shown the unsubscribe option.

How to fix this?

Hmm....
checked back an hour later, and now it seems that the unsubscribes have been recorded.

But, please confirm that I'm correct.

Hello Ray,

I apologize for the delay in response time.

I have checked the link you have provided:
http://getresponse.com/r/167P/,/i8iV3a2rA
and I found that it took me to the appropriate
site. The removals are not processed immediately.
It may even take up to an hour before the address
is moved from mailing list to removals.

On the site behind the link there is information:
"You are currently not subscribed to jcmlaunch."
I have also checked your responder and I have not
found the email address on the mailing list so the
link has worked fine by removing the subscriber
from furthermailings.
