|
|
I want to highlight several problems I encountered even before I started:
1. Last night I tried to get into the getresponse.com website but I got a blank page while my browser was showing the downloading motion all the time. I waited for a few hours but the website still didn't show up all the time. I refreshed the page but still no luck.
2. Occasionally, the website's top portion would show up which showed the login. I logged in and the control panel would just show up for a few seconds before it went blank.
3. I did the above for the whole day, but the website acted funny and didn't allow me to my control panel.
4. Finally just a few hours ago, I managed to log in and want to set up my capture page. I checked the html form and clicked on "Start Capturing" and after some few minutes, it returned me to the same page and I had to start all over again. Clicking the "Start Capturing" button still send me back to the same webpage.
5. Previously when I wanted to set up my autoresponders, the only links on my control panel showed the video tutorials (which also takes forever to load up) but no links to set up my autoresponders.
I have already signed up for a week, and am on a one year's subscription, but till now I have not managed to set up my autoresponders and capture page. Getresponse.com website seems to be very unstable and not smooth in its setup. I hope by highlighting the above problems, they can be looked into and be solved. Or am I the only one experiencing the above problems? I am on broadband and no, I am not a competitor. The fact that I signed up for one year shows my faith in getresponse.com and please, don't allow my faith to appear unjustified.
The above problems are not good for any internet marketers. |

Hello,
I am sorry to hear of the situation you have encountered.
I have checked the GetResponse website and it is function-
ing properly and there have been no reported problems. I
have tried downloading the pages from the latest versions
of Mozilla FireFox, Internet Explorer and Netscape.
Could you please advise if the situation is still the same?
What browser do you use? Have you tried to use an alter-
native browser to see if the situation persists?
Best Regards,

| I am having similar problems of pages taking so long to open. In addition my own webpage just hanged, and will not allow me to move up and down. As a result, I could not make progress in setting my campagns and follow-up messages. Can someone help please. I use explorer browser. |

Hello,
I am sorry to hear about the problem you have
encountered. Could you please clear cache and
cookies in your browser and try to load the web-
site again? Also, please check settings that you
have on your PC - e.g. firewalls may cause such
behavior as well.
If this doesn't help, please let me know the URL
of the page which does not display correctly,
and I will investigate this further.
Best Regards,
