Thanks We still have a lot to do (bugs hidding everywhere Smile ) but in my opinion new forum is already better than the old one

Ok, I am trying to take this with a grain of salt. Here is the situation.

I was not receving my email test messages at my regular email address. So I called 18773624547. The support personnel changed my email address to an alternate email address. So, a few days later I get an email from Great
Response, excuse me, Get Response informing me that I am only a Free Member. But I have a receipt for 1 year that clearly show I am not only a
paid Pro Member but a Platinum member.

So, I will call them and see why (I have seen this on the internet before) changing my email address threw support into convulsions causing them to
disasociate me from myself. My log in remained the same by the number of my email dropped from 400 to 4 or 5. I am also being solicited to upgrade to Pro Membership from Free Membership.

It is frustrating to me. I do not see how this is the actions of a professional company. Beside, my test messages should reach me without having to change my email address anyway.

It is all very disappointing.

I came across this portion of a reply to a customer who was duly upset. I truly enjoyed reading the reply from Get Response. Being in Credit and Idenity theft for business, it shows me, they care and are professional indeed.
Relived new customer.
