Hello Support Team,

I tried changing my email ad from the campaign settings , but still i m not receiving the emails on my new email add, the emails are still coming to my old address.

I wanted to switch over to my new email address.

Hello Aneeta,

I apologize for the delay in response time.

I have checked your account and I found that
for your campaign you have set the From address
to be support AT moneybeez.com and the reply
to field to moneybeez AT gmail.com.

Can you please advise if any of those email
addresses is the one that should not be shown?

Hello Aneeta,

The address that you wish your subscribers to contact
you at should be given in campaign settings >> Reply-to
messages and this address should be visible in the
messages sent after the change is saved.
