I have tried contacting support twice, once through the form in the
help section and once by e-mail and haven't received a reply from
either medium.

I am having problems with the URLS. When I am using the tracking mode
autoresponder mess up at least one URL.

I have checked our archives and I found
that no support requests from you have
reached us.

I have subscribed to your affiliatessmartsite
and I received the first message instantly.
All the links in this message had proper format
and all took me to the web sites you have
specified.

Please advise if you refer to a different campaign
and which message specifically. Also, please advise
in what way the URLs are broken?
