subsription e-mail does not get to my subsribers

pls my subscribers are sending emails to me,but they wait for ages
to get the subscribtion email,whch never comes to their inbox.
kindly help me with this.

investigate the delivery logs. Please send me the
following information:

1) To which campaign you were trying to subscribe
2) Which email address was used
3) Did you use the test feature, or subscribed to the
campaign via email/web/add subscriber
4) If you subscribed through the form on your web-
site - what is the URL of the website with the form.

Providing the above information will speed up the
process of resolving the issue. For privacy to your
