Hello,
I'm a Pro member and I was wondering if there are any limits to the number of subscribers a campaign can have. Sorry if the answers posted elsewhere on the website but I missed it. |

| Also does Get Response have some kind of bounce removal system? Can an external service be used with the Get Response system? |

Hello,
Please let me explain our Subscribers List service plan:
You can host up to 10,000 email addresses, for free
in your PRO GetResponse account. If you go beyond
that number, you will be charged an additional
"Subscribers charge".
The service fee depends on the total number of your
subscribers hosted in all your campaigns (follow ups
and broadcasts) *at their peak* in the billing month.
The first 10,000 subscribers will be included in the
current service price. For every additional 5,000
subscribers, an extra $4.50 per month will be charged,
in arrears, after 30 days.
Yes we do provide a bounce handling mechanism, that
is operating all the time. It is a live mechanism that
catches the bouncing addresses and moves them so your
mailing list has only those addresses that are fully
functional. We remove these addresses automatically
after 3 unsuccessful attempts to deliver the message.
An external program for handling bounces will not work with
GetResponse.
Best Regards,
GetResponse Customer Support Team |
