Would you please let me know why GR doesn't include
the feature to sort subscribers by name, email or
date???
I believe this would be a nice little feature! |

Hello,
GetResponse does offer you the option to search your
subscribers by Name, Email Address or REF Number.
Please log into your account and go to Subscribers>>
My Subscribers>>All Subscribers. Beneath where the
Subscribers and Date Range selection options are, you
will see these listed.
The "Name" option lets you filter subscribers by name.
This is an exact phrase search. For a wildcard search,
please use %
For instance:
* ka% would return all names that begin with "ka",
i.e. Kate, Katelyn, Kaylee
* %er would return such names as: Baker, Meyer,
Parker etc
The "Email" option lets you filter subscribers by their
email address. This is also an exact phrase search. For
a wildcard search, please use %
For instance:
* %@aol.com would return all AOL addresses
* john% would return all addresses that begin with
john
Browsing subscribers by the REF numbers allows you
to track where their inquiries came from. So, for
example, if you have several web forms and pop-ups
on your sites, each with a different REF number, you
will be able to easily check which site is generating the
most subscriptions.
Once you have the search results displayed, you can
name the group in the field provided, and click on
"save." Now you will see the group name in the drop
down list above.
In order to send information to this particular group of
addresses only, you will just need to select the group
name, you will not have to do the search again.
Best Regards,
GetResponse Customer Support Team |

Hello Customer Support,
It will be nice also if you let us to select specific subscribers, by name, e-mail, date of sign-up, before sending a broadcast message.
I see that you have this feature all ready at the "Removals" section. Adding this feature that allow us to send broadcast to specific subscribers (based on date of sign-up) won't be a serious technical challenge, I believe?
It help a lot, if you have over thousand of subscribers, and you just want to send the broadcast to specific ones only (especially for those subscribers who just recently signed-up).
Yes, I have submitted this idea to "MyIdea" section several weeks ago.
Thank you,
Yoki |
