Hi,
I am using Sender Policy Framework with my email account. Some of the emails that get sent out through GetResponse are flagged as possible forgeries. Here is the message that I got:
"You are using a technology called SPF (Sender Permitted Framework)
to determine the authenticity of emails entering our system.
Many ISPs are now publishing SPF information, which states which mail servers are allowed to send mail for their domain.
If you received this warning, but the message appears to be legitimate, the
sender of the email should contact their ISP and determine why their messages are failing the SPF test."
I know how I can add a DNS entry, but I need to get the details of how you are sending the email.
The strange thing is that it does not happen with all emails that are sent from GetResponse.

Hello Alexander,
Can you please forward to us an email that has caused
you to receive such message. Please send this to gr-
support at cs.implix.com as an attachment, as we need
to investigate the original headers.
GetResponse is handling SPF for all emails that are being
sent by us as per :
http://www.getresponse.com/news/SPF-Sender-ID-compliance-59.html
Once you have forwarded the above information, we will
then escalate this on to our technical support department.
Best Regards,
GetResponse Customer Support Team |
