Segmenting Emails

Is there anyway to create a form where subscribers can click on 1 of several fields of interest, and then have those emails selectively put into campaings devoted to it?

I cannot seem to find that feature here.

Please help.

Absolutely, please go to Subscribers>>Build Subscribers List>>Capture Subscribers.......once you create your html code for the webform you will see at the top of the box " If you want to create your own customized form, please, take a look at our examples. " Click on examples here and go to item #5.
