Remove and Black List

I noticed that there is a certain subscriber that I have blacked-listed before, still receiving my campaign messages. Eventhough the e-mail address doesn't appear on my subscribers list.

I have also tried to subscribe to my campaign using that e-mail address, to test the black-list feature, but still the message "check your e-mail to confirm..." appear on the page.

I wonder if there is some problem with remove-black list feature on GR, or that certain e-mail address is "so powerful" that it can passed the black-list feature?

Any comment on this issue is highly appreciated.

How do you know that your follow-up messages
are being received by this blacklisted address?
I would need to know the email address and the
messages that you say they have received, to
be able to investigate this further. Which camp-
aign is involved?
