question about the blacklist

I noticed today that I have a LOT of email address on my blacklist. I have no idea how they got on there, I didnt put them there.

How could they have been added? can I just remove them from the blacklist?

Hello,

Email address lands on the Blacklist when a subscriber
clicks "spam" button when receiving your message.
Also, such person might have contacted Customer
Support and asked to be removed from your campaign.

These email addresses may not be removed from Blacklist.
