I have upgraded to PRO version on saturday but I never got the cofirmation mail. How ever, the paid have been alredy billed to my credit card. How can I solve this?

I checked and can see that you did indeed place
an order to upgrade your free account to PRO.
This purchase was never collected. Your account
has now been successfully upgraded and you may
access your PRO autoresponder.
