|
|
Hi,
If I log into my account from www.getresponse.com, and then, from my Control Panel, go to Help -> Customer Service, and then click the "Email Us" link, I go to this page: http://getresponse.cs.implix.com/ModSupportTicket/CreateTicket/account where I can fill in my message to you. (I can only fill in the message if I've got to that page from my account.)
However, when I submit, I get a message saying:
You have to enter Customer Support System from the GetResponse site or you can proceed to the visitor support form.
How can I send a message to you?
Thanks,
Martin |

Hello Martin,
I logged into your account and followed the above
mentioned steps, and successfully sent an email
request to our customer support department. I
received : "Thank you for your interest in Get-
Response. Your support request has been sent.
We usually respond to inquiries within one business
day."

Which browser are you using? We recommend
our clients download and use Firefox, as this is
most compatible with our system. Perhaps it was
a temporary problem with the browser, as we
have no reports of any problems with our website.
You can also always send your support requests
to gr-support at cs.implix.com.
Best Regards,
GetResponse Customer Support Team |

Hmm, that's odd, I'm using the latest version of Firefox 2.
I do notice something funny, don't know if it could be related: when I click the "Email us" link, my browser window resizes automatically, which is a bit odd. Perhaps the JavaScript is trying to open the support form in a new window, but failing for some reason (maybe something in my settings is preventing it from opening a new window).
Anyway, that's just speculation... I'll try the form using IE7, and email you if that fails.
Thanks,
Martin |

| It worked fine in IE7, and the window resized in that browser too so my guesswork is faulty! |
