Hi am still having problems with installing pop-ups.
I have double checked everything but i keep getting the following message My Campaighn name is loveandpersonals@btinternet.com but
getresponse has changed it to loveandpersonals@getresponse.com.
I keep getting the following message when i try to test.
The following e-mail.loveandpersonals@btinternet.com was nit found on your campaighn list.I have tried using the e-mail address loveandpersonals@get response.com.I must be doing something stupid but this is the first time using Getresponse.
Any help out there?

Hello Dave,

You advise that "My Campaighn name is loveandpersonals@btinternet.com". Your campaign
name has always been "loveandpersonals@getresponse.com"
and thismay not be changed as otherwise your autoresponder
will not work properly.

Please remove the space when you send a blank email to: "loveandpersonals@get response.com" and you should be
added to the mailing list.

Please feel free to contact us if you have any
questions, we'll be happy to help.

Regards,
GetResponse Support

Hi Dave

When you set up a campaign name you cant use an "@" in it. Getresponse automatically adds the "@getresponse.com" to the end of the campaign name because that will be the name of the autoresponder you are using. You can test this by sending an email to YourCampaignName@getresponse.com. Don't forget to then go and delete your name from your autoresponder or just don't reply to the confirmation email (double opt-in method).

Hope this helps.

Hi Dave

Just another thought!

When you set up a campaign you have the options of specifying the "From" and "Reply to" email addresses. These are the address that:

a) the email appears to come from when a reply is sent from the autoresponder and
b) the address that anyone can reply to on receipt of your autoresponder email.

These are different to the autoresponder address! (This can all get very confusing at times but keep with it and it all drops into place).

Hope this helps a bit more.
