|

I am a member of PIPS and have their emails provided for me.
What I do not understand is:
After testing one of my messages to my email address, I click a link in it http://getresponse.net/test/click_track/538167,
which appears as this http://www.[[pre_domain_id]]/pips.html in the message editor, and it takes me back to your site because the right domain name is not there.
Do I have to manually replace the [[pre_domain_id]] in every email before sending them, and if not, where do I go to add the domain name to replace [[pre_domain_id]]? I have a few different ones I need to change.
I have searched and listened to the tutorial and searched more, but I still cannot find anything to help me understand how this works.
Your help will be much appreciated.
Sincerely,
Aila |

Hello Aila,
Your links will look like: http://www.GetResponse.com/t/
number because you have set up click tracking. Don't
worry - your links still link to your website - they just look
different, so that you can monitor clickthroughs. You can
view the tracking results under Statistics >> Performance
Statistics >> Click Statistics.
To disable the click tracking of your links, please go to
Campaign Settings >> Messages>> Set-up Click Tracking
or simply uncheck this feature under the message editor.
I am not sure which campaign or which message you are
referring to. You can edit or add any predefined fields by
going to Subscribers>>My Subscribers>>Predefined
Fields.
Best Regards,
