PIPS Install

I'm trying to install PIPS. I'm on Day 13 and it asks me to do the following:

"Step 2) Send the "Dotcomology" ezine solo ad below to your list of subscribers. Here's how:

Click here to login to your GetResponse account.

Once you've logged in to your GetResponse account, click on the "Messages" tab near the top of the page.

On the next page, click on the "Send Broadcast" link.

On the next page, click on the "Send a new broadcast" link:"

The problem is that I do not see the "Messages" tab on my menu. I have spent about 2 hours on this step trying to figure it out. Can you please provide some help? Thanks.
