Option to comfirm subscribers / outgoing mails

Hi,

I and meny others i think, would love to have an function that give the possibiliti to confirm your subscribers!

Like this!

1. the sign up in the html form.
2. they recive an confirmation mail.
3. they click the on the link in this mail.
4. now they are subscribed

For now its like the system today!

And here is what i want! after they are subscribed, i must confirm them before the go to my list! this feature could be used by all the people that have teams in MLM business and stuf, becures they can confirm that only people from the mlm biz signs up.

Another thing could be the option to e-mail people after their country, town, age or what ever....
