As of today I am not receiving my campaign messages, therefore my subscribers are not either Sad Please help!

Hi

I've created 4 messages in my campaign Day0, 1, 2 & 3.
(campaign name: lol_rksecrets_optin)

PROBLEM: Only Day 0 and Day 1 is delivered. Day 2 and Day 3 never arrives.

I've tested many times and also regenerated html code for my web optin but the same problem persists. It's not in Junk box, don't think it's ISP problem cos tested with different emails. I even called your Customer Servcie and a lady checked my Campaign Settings and said everything appeared to be OK. Is this a common delivery problem. Also Day 0 is always on time, immediately after confirmation link is clicked but Day 1 is not consistent - sometimes early the next day and somtimes 4 days later.

Pleeeaase HELP!!! I can't launch my campaign till I iron out this deliverability problem.

Hello Lai Yin,

The autoresponder is functioning in
sending the messages as you can see
on example of other messages as well
as within Active Prospects lists. Once
the message has left our servers it is
not possible for us to track how ISPs
intercept or deliver your message.

The autoresponder is sending the messages,
however, they can be intercepted via a
spam filter. Spam filters rate all incoming
messages via content and assign a rating.
If the rating is too high, the message is
either not delivered or delivered to a
spam folder. Unfortunately,we have no
influence on the internal filters of the
ISP. They can work differenty for different
messages so most of them will pass.

And yet your advertising states very clearly that our emails WILL get through to our potential customers instead of being blocked by anti-spam filters!
