New Campaign

I am trying to set up a New Campaign, but it will not accept my name. It says I am already using this name, but I have used this name to set up more than one campaign. Why won't it let me do this again?

Hello Veronica,

Which name are you trying to use? If you have
previously assigned it, you will be prompted to
select another, or it is possible it is being used
by another client.

I have logged into your account and there are
no duplicate campaigns created, as the system
will not allow this.
