Hi
On 29th July, I submitted a post re: 'not receiving emails from campaigns' and the reply I got was that my emails were probably 'intercepted via a spam filter'.
On 5th Aug, I was on LIVE CHAT with Robert followed by Jonathan regarding missing emails. To be fair, they were helpful and extremely patient. They said they needed to check the 'logs' and promised to get back to me by Monday, 7th, that's today and I'm still waiting.

| I checked with Jonathan and he advised me that he replied to you via email today. Can you please check for this email reply. |

I have yet to receive Jonathan's email. Which email did he send to? jyhl@tm.net.my or laiyinkoe@pd.jaring.my? I've checked both but no email from u.
Meanwhile, here's an example of delayed delivery:
Wed 2nd Aug: Optin through www.learnonlinelive.com
2.56pm a) Immediately received SUBSCRIPTION NOTIFICATION
"New prospect has been added to your

b) Immediately received 'Day 0' email.
Sat 5th Aug: LIVE CHAT with Jonathan
Sun 6th Aug:
12.32am a) Received 'Day 1' email (3 days late!)
10.55pm b) Received 'Day 2' email (2 days late!)
Mon 7th Aug:
9.45pm a) Received 'Day 3' email (2 days late!)
In addition to the above example which all 4 emails arrived though late, most of the time Day 2 and Day 3 go MISSING altogether.
I'm only a newbie, but after having read Mike Cheney's complaint, I'm very worried. I was looking forward to hear your reply to his queries but I was shocked to see that his post has been deleted yesterday.
I hope this post will not be deleted too. Please provide a satisfactory explanation.

Please be assured that Robert has referred this on to our technical support team and he will be in contact with you as soon as he has any additional information concerning this matter.
