When someone visits your site for the first time, you want to do whatever you can to make sure they come back. Remember, follow up is the key!

An easy way to do this is through an opt-in to your newsletter or email series.

But some marketers miss out by asking for LOTS of information. At this stage, the less you ask of your visitor, the more people will opt in. Keep it to first name and email address is at all possible, and you'll get many more people to subscribe.
