Manually adding some opt-ins

I have some names and E-M addresses of 100% opt-in where do I add these and do I have to upgrade in order to add these? I would have to manually add these and I would also have to get their permission to be added to get my letters. I don't see where I can add these names. Thanks.

Hello Audrey,

You may add only those addresses which owners have
asked you to be added.

You may do that from Subscribers >> Build subscribers
list >> Add subscriber.
