I believe the following is VERY IMPORTANT:

There are times when we need to manually transfer subscribers from
a campaign to another one. For instance, in my case I have 2 campaigns
for a membership site. My "prospects list" is for subscribers who had
requested to become members of such membership site. However, in
order to be added to my "member list" I need to actually check my back
office from the membership site and verify that they have indeed signed
up for a membership.

Obviously, I cannot do this automatically. The only way I can transfer
subscribers from the prospects list to the members list - AND THIS IS
A COMPLETE HASSLE!!! - is by:

- going to my prospects list

- locate the specific subscriber to be transferred to the members list.
And I need to do this VERY CAREFULLY because if there are more than
one subscriber to be transferred (actually copied) and each of them
subscribed on different dates (this is when the REAL pain in #%@
comes), then I have to do separate seach criterias to locate each of
them.

- create groups of the subscribers to be transferred (copied). Sometimes
there are subscribers that should not be added to the members list.
But I need to include them if I want to save some time (more about
this below).

- copy the group of subscribers to a "temp" list.

- delete those subscribers from the temp list that shouldn't be added to
the members list (they have not signed up for a membership). The
reason they are added to the temp list is because they fall in the
search criteria for some of the subscribers who did signed up for
a membership.

- once the temp list is clean (having only subscribers to be transferred
to the members list), I then go ahead and copy them to the members
list to be sent the next email message as members of the membership
site.

Why do I have to go throgh all this hassle when GR could simply
add the option of "transfer selected subscribers to such and
such campaign" !!!

Could you please take a serious look a this feature request?

Thanks for your attention.

Hello,
Have your reviewed our automation rules, to see
if perhaps one of those meet your criteria ie.
remove-on-subscribe:
When you have two or more campaigns, subscribers
can be automatically removed from one campaign when
they add themselves to another. Example: You have two
campaigns. The first is your product's advertising campaign
for prospective buyers, and the second includes product
tips for customers. Once your subscriber becomes a customer
and signs up for the "tips" campaign, they can automatically
be removed from the advertising campaign. To review the
automation rules available to you, please go to Campaigns>>
Automation. Please feel free to submit this idea in the Idea
GoldMine section from your GetResponse account The ideas
submitted by users are reviewed and discussed by our
development board.
Best Regards,
GetResponse Customer Support Team
