Let my Paid Account Lapse by Accident

Hello there,

I let my paid account lapse this last week...and just noticed it today.

I logged into my 'shapeable' account and noticed it's only showing one of the campaigns that I had built previously. Does this mean I lost the data from my other campaigns when I had my pro account or.....if I upgrade again the other data will come back?

Hello Sean,

After three unsuccessful attempts to charge your
creditcard, your PRO account was downgraded to
a FREE account. With the FREE account, you are
allowed only one campaign.

If you wish to upgrade your account and restore
your previous campaigns, please log into your
account and click on the "upgrade" link.

Cool, so you're saying that it will recover the emails from my previous campaigns if I upgrade?

That's correct, once you upgrade your account
once again, all the previously saved information
will be intact.

That is very useful. I recently lost my debit card and had to get a new one and I forgot about changing my account information for getresponse.

I was upset thinking I lost everything!

It can take up to 24 hours after I upgrade again right?

collected your purchase, you account will be
accessible immediately.
