Legitimate value & SPAM in the UK

The laws in the UK seem to provide leeway for unsubscribed buiness to business email marketing (NOT personal).It make sense as I would argue many companies ARE offering a genuine pproduct or service to a REAL potential customer.

Email marketing is a GENUINE way to deliver a great message.

What is the Get Response view? Do your "rules" apply to email marketeers (BUSINES TO BUSINESS ONLY)within the UK?

We don't limit the use of our services to subscribed businesses,anyone can use GetResponse. We do have very strict spam policies though,
