I know this may sound ignorant but, what is an inactive subscriber?

An "inactive" subscriber, is a subscriber that
has received all of your follow-up messages
and there is nothing more for them to receive,
therefore, making them inactive. An active
subscriber is someone that is still in the
sequence of your follow-up messages.
