How to add leads to a campaign in progress

I am a PIPS member and the only leads going into my campaign now are those from PUSH BUTTON LEADS. I have two groups of good leads (1500 and 1000) that I would like to add to this campaign--but I don't know how. How or where do I find out (both are in EXCEL format).
I also get a few TripleYourList leads periodically. May I add those?
