How to add GR code to existing template?

I have bought a web template that comes with the design of the opt in box.

Please teach me how to add the code to the template using Pagebreeze as my HTML editor.

I am sorry but we do not provide support with
any codes such as PERL or HTML etc. We pro-
vide assistance with creating web form using
our wizard that is located within Subscribers >>
Build subscriber's list >> Capture subscribers
>> HTML form.
